This document defines the technical and legal frameworks governing your use of the node, node.js, and nodejs high-performance cloud environments provided by NodeJS.Best Cloud. By accessing our infrastructure, you acknowledge alignment with our operational standards.
The Core Agreement
1. Acceptable Use Policy
Usage of our node, node.js, and nodejs optimized instances is strictly limited to legal activities. NodeJS.Best Cloud prohibits the use of our infrastructure for high-risk financial processing, unauthorized network scanning, or any activity that compromises the hardware integrity of our Seattle data center (88 Cloud Computing Plaza).
- 01.1 Users must not attempt to bypass virtualization layers or manipulate kernel modules on managed node environments without explicit Enterprise authorization.
- 01.2 Resource usage must remain within the thresholds defined in the chosen Hosting Plans. Continuous CPU saturation above 90% for non-compute-intensive tiers may result in throttling.
2. Service Level Expectations
While we strive for maximum availability of our nodejs runtimes, our standard SLA provides a target uptime of 99.9%. This percentage is calculated monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance windows for Seattle-based hardware optimization at 88 Cloud Computing Plaza.
Infrastructure reliability is a shared responsibility. We secure the metal; you secure the application logic.
Engineered for High-Frequency Logic
Liability & Warranties
NodeJS.Best Cloud provides hosting services "as is." We do not warrant that our node.js environment will be uninterrupted or error-free. Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service in the billing cycle immediately preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for data loss arising from misconfigured nodejs environment variables, inadequate code-level exception handling, or the expiration of SSL certificates not managed directly through our dashboard.
Account termination may occur instantly if systemic breaches of node cloud protocols are detected by our localized security monitors at our Seattle cluster.
